Where can I check to see if I'm registered?

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. No refunds will be given, unless you are registered for a live race and the live race is cancelled by the event organizer due to COVID-19 or any of its variants (the “Pandemic”) and/or governmental restrictions put in place as a result of or in connection with the Pandemic which make the live race unfeasible or impractical to run, in which case refunds will be given in accordance with the below. A date or venue change is not a cancellation.

Can I switch distances?

Yes, you switch distances after you register. To change distances:

  • Login to your EnMotive account.
  • Once logged in, click Registrations on the black toolbar on the left.
  • Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your registration and select ‘View Registration’.
  • Click edit next to category and make your selection. You will not be refunded if going down in distances and you will be charged the difference if going up.

Can I add packet mailing after I register?

Yes, you can add packet mailing after you register up to 3 weeks prior to race day. To add packet mailing after you have registered:

  • Login to your EnMotive account.
  • Once logged in, click Registrations on the black toolbar on the left.
  • Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your registration and select ‘View Registration’ .
  • Scroll down and select Packet Mailing and add to your registration.

The deadline to add packet mailing to your registration is May 1st, 2027 at 11:59 PM CST.

Can I transfer my registration (bib) to another person?

To Transfer Your Registration to Another Runner:

  1. The original runner must log into their Enmotive account and scroll down to find their existing race registration under “Current and Upcoming Events.”
  2. Click the blue “Actions” button to the right of the race name, and then “Transfer Registration.”
  3. Enter the new runner’s email address to begin the transfer process.
  4. The new runner will then receive an email from Enmotive with a link to complete the transfer.
  5. After clicking the transfer link in the Enmotive email, scroll down to click the green “Accept transfer” button.
  6. The new runner will complete the registration process and will be asked to pay the full registration fee + $10 transfer fee. The original runner will be refunded the full registration amount back to the original payment in 3-5 business days. The refund will not contain any donations or products purchased.

If the transaction is not completed by the new runner within 48 hours of the email sent, the transfer request is cancelled, and the registration will remain in the original runner’s name.

Can someone else pick up my packet for me?

Yes! If someone is picking up your packet, please ensure they have either your confirmation email or a picture of your photo ID (a picture on your phone works great!).

Is there an age limit?

Runners must be at least 10 years of age or older to run the 10K, and 12 years of age or older to run the 10 Mile.

Where is parking?

Volunteers, participants and spectators can park in the Waldron Garage and South Lot starting at 3:30 AM or the North Garage, starting at 4:30 AM. Parking is free until 7:30 AM or once lots are full, whichever occurs first. Should lots fill before 7:30 AM, all vehicles will be directed to remote parking locations. After 7:30 AM, normal parking rates apply; payment will be required as you enter. Please plan to arrive at Soldier Field no later than 6:00 AM to arrive at the start line on time.

Will there be pacers?

Fleet Feet Training Program will be providing pacers only for the 10 Mile. Pacers can be found in the start corrals and will be holding a sign with their goal finish pace.

Pacers will be provided for following finish times: 1:10, 1:15, 1:20, 1:25, 1:30, 1:35, 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00, 2:10.

*Note: Joining with a pacer does not supersede your corral assignment.

Is there gear check?

Yes, there will be gear check the morning of the event.

Can I change my shirt size?

Yes, you can change your size after you register. To change sizes:

  • Login to your EnMotive account.
  • Once logged in, click Registrations on the black toolbar on the left.
  • Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your registration and select ‘View Registration’
  • Click edit next to products and make your selection.

Can I participate with a stroller/scooter/bike?

The use of wheeled devices by participants is limited to approved AWD wheelchair, handcycle and duo team participants only. Strollers, skateboards, rollerblades, unauthorized bicycles or any other wheeled devices are not permitted.

To ensure the safety of all participants, athletes requiring additional support (wheelchair, handcycle, crutches or guide) must adhere to the Ventures Endurance Athletes With Disabilities Event Rules found here and receive written approval from the Race Director, no less than 21 days in advance of the event.

Can I carry my child/baby while on course?

For the safety of the child and those around, we ask that you do not carry any children or babies while on course. All participants on course must be registered with a bib following the age limits that are assigned to each category.

Can I run with my dog?

No, we do not allow dogs on course for the safety of our runners.

Can spectators go inside Soldier Field?

Yes, spectators will be allowed inside the stadium stands through Gate 4 on race morning.

What are the AWD (athletes with disabilities) guidelines and event rules?

Ventures Endurance happily welcomes all athletes to participate in our events. Athletes with Disabilities (AWD) include, but are not limited to the flowing athletes, Blade Runners, Visually Impaired Runners, Adaptive / Guided Runners, Pushed Athletes, Push Rim, Racing Chair and Hand Cycles. To participate as an AWD athlete you must notify the Race Director of your participation a minimum of 20 days in advance. This allows our staff to ensure the safety and security of each athlete on the course prepare the ES (early starters) corral for athletes.
